TISgoldSA is a 12 month weekly committed preventative maintenance program. We will come out to your location and provide the following maintenance services on your system each week over a 12 month period:
- Run diagnostics on all system components.
- Make any necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Delete .tmp files.
- Delete files that begin with a tilde.
- Delete old .zip files.
- Delete .chk files, and switch the swap file.
- Run ScanDisk and defrag the drive as needed.
- Check browser history and cache files.
- Clean out Windows temporary Internet files.
- Confirm that backups are being done.
- Update drivers as needed.
- Create or update the boot disk.
- Check the operating system and applications.
- Check the connections.
- Make sure the hardware works.
- Clean the screens.
- Update the anti-virus software.
- Reboot the system, if needed.
